5.0   Marketing

                 Essentially marketing is about story telling and segmenting the audiences for each story we want to tell,
                 we categorise these as:

                             #1   the wider market     #2   prospective tenants   #3   current residents

                 The marketing collateral required may draw inspiration from site history, raw materials, eco-proofing
                 and social purpose.   The objective is to create a viral community and sense of aspirational value.   At
                 Ringley  we  can  work  with  animators  and  video  production  specialists,  your  architects  and  interior
                 designers to bring forward ideas that set your development apart from others.   As operator, our role is
                 to connect the staff and residents to the aspirational value that the building(s) portray, and, to deliver
                 the vision with together will build the brand.  Ultimately it is a branded experience that drives premium
                 rents and will deliver the returns you need.

           5.1  Marketing collateral

                 We can support you to put in place a suite of marketing collateral including:
                    Community story boards during build,
                    Artists impressions on signs/banners,
                    Building wraps,
                    Development website,
                    Show Apartment(s) fit out,
                    3D unit video/virtual tour of apartments & communal area including aspect &
                    outlook,
                    Lifestyle marketing brochures:   hard copy & e-brochures,
                    Outdoor advertising – bus stop, train / underground stations,
                    Newspaper adverts,
                    Facebook adverts,
                    Twitter adverts,
                    A Residents referrals scheme,
                    Hospitality,
                    Signage & way finding,
                    Move-In Gifts -  FREE taster sessions of amenities, USBs, flowers, umbrellas.
