ambience, lifestyle, offers, stories and experiences.
Perhaps with completions and entries created by
residents themselves!
Clips and reactions to viewings should be captured
and posted to social media which means a camera
man on site for early viewings to capture genuine
excitement and build buzz.
5.3 Marketing Phase 1 - The wider market
Here the focus is about creating demand. Build to Rent is a new product and the world needs to be:
(1) told that the Build to Rent product exists,
(2) educated what Build to Rent offers above the norm,
(3) told about the needs it fulfils,
Only then can then the wider market adopt, covet and pay a premium for it.
