Social media exposure
                 The  changing  landscape  of  the  lettings  market  cannot  be
                 underestimated and whilst Facebook advertising rules change
                 regularly  demographic  and  preference  marketing  to  people
                 with a search history for accommodation in ‘town’ is a reality.

                 With mobile devices now outnumbering PCs and TV sets by 3
                 to  1  tailored  mobile  advertising  is  a  must.    Pundits  suggest
                 that mobile advertising can achieve an average click through
                 rate of 2.8% compared to 1.8%-2% on PC.

                 Below  demonstrates  just  how  targeted  social  media  marketing  can  be  (based  on  demographic  and
                 behavioural searching) which is then combined with geographies.  Red boxes denote profiles of key
