4.7 Module 6 - Planet Rent - Rent Collection

Beyond the deal Planet Rent enables rent collection either by passing tenant and contract information
to 3 party accounting software, or, where Ringley is appointed as Operator data Planet Rent feeds

into our accounting systems.

To maximise rent collection we collect your rent from individual tenants and don’t require tenants to
set up a bank account for their tenancy. So, if one person bounces their direct debit we can recollect
again from him/her before collecting a smaller amount from all tenants on the basis that they are
jointly and severally liable.

NOTE: Our Apps are powered by Stripe which offers the most up to date security as it is approved by
all major banking institutions and is funded by Visa and AMEX. Card holding security risks are
eliminated as these are held by Stripe not Ringley.
