Web site options for smaller landlords

Smaller landlords can publish properties to their own web area rented from us, including a BOOK VIEWING
function. The URL provides access to 3 pages:
 property search,
 property listings,
 show property, and
 3 pop up forms: book viewings, make offers & contact
us.
 As well as an ‘about us’ page to showcase the landlord.

There are 2 hosting options:
1 on your existing hosted domain,
2 as a sub-domain on Planet Rent

Web site options for Larger landlords
Larger landlords can fetch properties from Planet Rent to
their existing website URL via an API, including a BOOK
VIEWING and MAKE OFFER function. The URL provides
access to data to populate a:
- property search page,
- property listings page,
- show property page, and
- 3 pop up forms: book viewings, make offers & contact us.

You continue to host your website, integration your side will
include a fetch API and pages to display the properties/data.
Or, it is possible to provide an i-frame to display content
from Planet Rent within your web page.

Listings can therefore be automated to your website (based
on tenancy end dates and void units). To cater for the
waiting lists that professional landlords are starting to build
we will database enquires and enable prospects who may
have friends in the building or have seen a property before
to go direct to the make offer stage which feeds directly into
Planet Rent (a feature developed for our Housing
Association Private Rented Sector Clients who have good
evidence that as momentum builds tenants friends may be
ready to go directly to make an offer based on the ‘quality
standards’ you as a landlord guarantee. In due course we
will work on an ‘alert me´ feature so that waiting lists can be
developed for each apartment type, size and price point.
