Tenant communication strategies

                 E-noticeboards  are  driven  from  our  Site  Staff
                 System via broadband and sim and can incorporate
                 a sky news biz bar.  They are best positioned near
                 lifts.  Both site staff and Ringley HQ staff can post a
                 range of message types, e.g.,:
                      to  run  marketing  image  sequences  during
                        the lease up phase,
                      to advertise facilities & events,
                      to laud competition winners,
                      to share who is moving in today,
                      house rules, and
                      screens can be frozen to broadcast a critical message such as:
                                             “lift down, Engineer expected on site by 5pm”.

                 Thought:  According to research commissioned by TFL explaining and notifying delays or problems
                 was the biggest single increase in customer satisfaction they delivered.
