5.7 Lease up stages
Marketing outlets: Using Planet Rent enables the BUILD TO RENT Client to either:
input their own Zoopla/Right Move membership number and be billed direct in exchange for a fixed
flat rate letting fee, or
for Ringley to take these costs and charge a traditional percentage of the rent as the letting fee.
Planet Rent itself also aggregates all lettings and acts as a portal, and publishing properties to Planet
Rent is FREE.

3 party letting Agents: No matter what your lettings strategy is Planet Rent empowers you (or
Ringley on your behalf) to manage all deals through a single channel.
Sub-Agents get a log in to Planet Rent to get access:
Marketing collateral, (EPCs, photos, 3D videos, floor plans),
Available apartments,
And can put in their Zoopla/Right Move agent numbers to push units effortlessly to the market.
Centralising offers through www.Planet Rent.co.uk delivers automatic tracking of who is introducing
offers and enables you as Client to track Agent performance. Agents can track their deals and ensure
that the tenants they introduce all receive the same customer journey. Commission rates can be set
differently for different Agents and month end Ringley will provide introducers reports and commission
summaries for your Financial Controller to agree. Depending on how you want the finances to work
Ringley can deal with paying the sub-Agents on your behalf.
