12.5 Access to see all invoices
Clients and their Auditors can see all invoices which are loaded to the cloud, and there is capability to
download excel expenditure lists, PDFs of invoices etc. Settings enable Clients to authorise invoices
and Works Orders over a set expenditure limit if required.

12.6 Supplier performance monitoring combines a mixture of:
 Site Staff supervising works carried out,
 Works Orders feeding to Site Inspection Reports for audit trail that works are inspected,

 The Building/Events Manager authorising Works Orders and invoices,
 The Asset Manager signing off Works Orders and invoices over the Building/Events Manager’s
authorisation limit,
 Residents rating works carried out,

 Chartered Surveyors/Building Engineers signing off CAPEX project works,
