Security driven frequent lock changes become easy:
 no need to circulate keys or give out key pad numbers (which quickly get into the hands of pizza
delivery people and the like).
 no need to attend reception to get a key card or fob re-programmed.
 Lock changes are simply sent to resident’s phones.

Apartment doors: as per the hotel sector are battery powered
(battery life circa 12 months).

Communal front doors: wired systems so no battery life issues.

Also consider:
Cabinet locks: for cupboards, mailboxes, lockers and cabinets.

Lift controllers: enable secure access to designated floors.
