2.6 Assets under management
Ringley have circa 12,000 homes under management and a pipeline of circa 3,250 homes. The
geography we cover is UK wide. Schemes outside London tend to be larger master plan sites often
built over a number of years and sometimes comprising multiple house builders, each developing a
sector within the estate. Most of our larger developments comprise mixed tenures with commercial
units and residential homes in various tenures.
2.7 Commercial assets under management include: Tesco, Greenwich Leisure Centre (50,000sqft
swimming pool), hybrid health practices, coffee outlets, restaurants, wine bars, and dentists and a
care home.
2.8 Residential service charge schemes include:
Developments for high net worth clients, for example, Tower View (niche development
overlooking Tower Bridge, backing onto St Catherine’s Dock) with service charges at £4-5 per sq ft,
Oversized premium apartments for downsizer,.
Large scale developments aimed at 1st time buyers and buy-to-let investors where service charge
levels can be as low as £1.11 per sq ft,
Estates of houses for experienced home owners trading up,
Our customer demographic covers the whole spectrum including: young professional sharers,
unintentional landlords, cash watching home owners, and yield conscious professional investors.

2.10 Private rented sector schemes include: pepper potted PRS units within our managed blocks
throughout London and the South East where we offer owners a 10% discount on their service charge
where we let and manage their property. Our roaming site inspectors co-ordinate full site
inspections with inventories, move-in and move-out checks and interim tenancy inspections.
Landlords benefit from us then being able to resolve all their property issues whether it is a service
