Fire Strategy testing, risk assessment and implementation
Fire risk, CAPEX projects and other specialist surveying staff are not part of the base ‘asset management’
fee and are remunerated on a project basis.
There will be an element of chargeable work, say 2 days for their scrutiny of CDM and plant operating
manuals in order to put together the PPM (planned property maintenance) schedules that the Building
Manager will follow.
