Mary-Anne Bowring FRICS FCABE FARLA FIRPM - CEO

Build to Rent lead, retained Clients include: Patrizia, Moda Living, Duet Capital Partners,
Longharbour, Grosvenor, REDI RESI, Curlew Capital. Mary-Anne sits on advisory
committee for Notting Hill Housing Trust and provided scrutiny on Folio, NHHT’s private
rent product, Leasehold satisfaction and more recently capital works programmes. Mary-
Anne sets standards and provides leadership for teams both on-site and at HQ.

Gavin Betty Assoc-RICS, MIRPM - Property Director

Property Director Gavin Betty supports Ringley’s Asset Managers with the annual
budgeting process. Tendering and managing contractor performance, and provides
budget validation during the mobilisation phase. Gavin has predominantly new build
experience and is extremely detail oriented, he is an asset in planning phases and setting
up sites and systems to manage them beyond.

Leah Weeks - AIRPM Site & Staff Mobilisation

Leah brings experience in site staff recruitment, developing job roles, dry run testing of
the operational strategy documents, zoning sites to develop site staff checklists covering
a range of health and safety issues as well as maintaining operational standards. Leah
leads in driving the mobilization plan including tenant on-boarding, weekly lease up
meetings, facilities set up, tenant move-in checks, contacts, inventories etc..

Ali Kariminik - Hospitality & Guest Relations Consultant

Ali brings over 30 years experience in the hotel industry including major national hotel
chains. He energises the dry run period, leads in designing role plays and people
empowerment. Ali brings together the best of recruitment, motivation, training and
talent management injecting hotel hospitality into rentals.

Samuel Olugbemi - IT Project Leader

Samuel leads the on-site and mobile app IT set up and implementation. He is one of our
experienced IT Project Leaders and also overseas the team in the operational app
management and deploys resource to site to set up hardware and enables buildings for
occupation. This includes front desk set up, networking, backups, fire walls and routers.
