           11.10  Site Staff motivation & engagement

                 With Ringley there are three aspects to Site Staff engagement:
                 1.  Residents ratings,      see chapter 3, page 29, 36,  & chapter 5, page 80
                 With our Busy Living app it is residents ratings not managers who are in control of the employee of the
                 month (rate repairs, rate facilities cleanliness/use, rate introduction to your home, rate flat cleans….)

                 2.  Incentives to sell use of facilities & services     see chapter 3, page 34-37
                 Our Busy Living app gives you the opportunity to tie site staff bonuses to what the residents really think
                 and to reward them for ‘good behaviour’.   Busy Living keeps track of each Site Staff’s commissions and
                 empowers Site Staff to become your sales force.

                 3.  Shared responsibility for quality            performance process
                 Where you have multiple sites metrics should cover several sites to ensure that staff on smaller sites do not
                 have  the  ‘it’s  only  me’  culture  -  everybody  is  part  of  the  national  brand.    Via  a  series  of
                 ‘Tablet/phone/inspection  checklists’  site  staff  will  inspect  the  development  in  zones  and  inspect  each
                 other’s work/areas to maintain standards.     See below and chapter 3, page 25.
