11.7  Site Staff performance management
                 Annual  appraisals:  are  tied  to  the  Service  Level  Agreement,  the  simple  creed  for  each  role  we  train,
                 residents  ratings  and  health  &  safety  responsibilities.      We  engage  residents  pre-  appraisal  by  seeking
                 constructive feedback and praise so that appraisals are based on performance not opinion, i.e., the 1st
                 touch  delivery  model  and  key  outcomes.    Refresher  training  is  achieved  via  the  Site  Staff  system
                 Competency tests where pre-recorded training videos and reading materials are also stored – generally
                 such learning is generally prescribed through the Appraisals review process.










































           11.8   Annual workshops:  Annually we bring site staff together for training day(s) recent topics cover topics such
                 as:  manual handling, PAT testing, fire marshal training.   These are held in different locations and we aim to
                 bring  staff  together  from  different  sites  as  this  helps  build  peer  to  peer  relationships,  enables  fresh
                 perspectives and scenario learning.
