11.3 Induction
Ringley has a comprehensive induction model which, for your protection, includes self-certification so that
staff confirm that they have received the training they need to do their job. Progress on inductions, i.e.,
getting inductees to 100% within 6 months is an agenda item at Ringley’s quarterly Board Meeting and is
tracked by Ringley HR. The induction process includes Competency tests which can be prescribed and are
                 multi-guess instantly marked online.

Induction would include walk through ‘time & motion studies’ e.g, for flat cleaning how long to clean the
cooker, dishwasher etc. as well as creating detergent lists, locking up procedures and understanding the
                 operations manual chapter by chapter.

11.4 Site Staff training: Training during mobilisation
Specifically training during mobilization will be coaching, experiential and involve scenario planning. It will
also include online courses such as those below. It is important to recognise that the essence of service
oriented staff is knowledge, being well informed understanding processes and procedures and feeling well
trained. It is these things that bring the inner confidence building a brand requires.
