10.9 ‘Build to rent unit (1) fit out & (2) layout’ : impact on rents
We have contributed to the design of a number of schemes in terms of unit fit out or layout insofar as such will
either
(a) affect rents, or (b) reduce maintenance turnaround costs, or (c) impact on durability and CAPEX planning. In the next
few pages here are some hints.
