           7.4.3  Facilities research results:
                 Taking sites of over 300 dwellings there were 4 clear ‘must have’ winners:

                 MUST HAVE:
                 Wi-Fi 100%, TV satellite
                 94.44% and
                 Concierge/Security 72.22%
                 There were another 8 ‘nice to
                 have’ which we believe will all
                 too  soon  also  become  must
                 have’s:

                 Sun  terraces  66.67%,  Check
                 In  55.56%,  Sky  Gym  33.33%,
                 Resident car parking 27.78 %,
                 Herb garden, Orchard, Snook
                 Space & Hub 22.22%
