And those who live in accommodation that:
                     is provided by a local authority
                     is provided as part of their job (known as ‘tied
                       accommodation’)
                     has a lease that is 7 years or longer

                 The penalties for illegal renting include 5 years in prison or an
                 unlimited fine if you knew or had ‘reasonable cause to believe’
                 such person(s) didn’t have the right to rent in the UK.

                 During  referencing  passport  copies  have  to  be  uploaded,  as
                 well  as  a  second  form  of ID  such  as  driving  licence,  national
                 insurance card, TV licence, bank statement.  Passports must be
                 physically checked  and  this  is  evidenced  in  the  ‘pre-move-in’
                 checks.

                 Planet  Rent  stores  passport  and  visa  references  and  expiry
                 dates and the user has to confirm that the:
                      person matches photo,
                      passport reference is correct,
                      expiry date is correct,
                      tenant is over 19,
                      the property is to be their main home,

                 These checks becomes important on  contract renewal as
                 any visa needs to have a minimum of 6 months unexpired
                 at the end of any tenancy – a warning message comes up
                 during renewal if this condition is not met.

                 On the ‘pre-move in’ checks process the User has to confirm for each tenant:
