4.2 Module 1: Planet Rent Marketing
Centralised storage of marketing assets: To achieve brand managed
marketing at scale requires centralised management of multiple
agents, central storage of all marketing assets and the ability to
INVITE Agents, Agencies and sub-Agents to access:
floor plans,
photos,
EPCs,
videos and walk through, and
approved write ups.
By accepting the INVITE each Agents/Agencies and sub-Agent gets a
PlanetRent login to access to marketing collateral and make offers.
To fit in with their own business process they can enter their Zoopla,
Right Move membership numbers enabling them to push adverts live
using their branding and be billed direct. Therefore all offers go
through one channel and easily tracked. Agents are motivated to bid
offers up as:
they get to see your headline rents in the offers screen, and
can see headline details only of offers from other Agents.
Marketing set up: Whether we act as Operator or not, our in-house IT Team can reference, map and
upload multiple documents to populate Planet Rent for you.
photos can be numbered to drive the show sequence on portals.
write ups are stored for review, and,
a STOP mechanism prevents accidental publishing if anything is missing.
Tenants - photos, videos & floor plans: Whatever stage the deal is at, just one click emails tenant(s) the
EPC, photos, videos and floor plans of the home they want to rent. To ensure compliance with EPC
Regulations 2012 (see page 30) this can be automated in app setup. The app wants to:
encourage tenants to get social when they are most excited,
share property details with friends, and
make it easy for them to measure up and plan how they will arrange their new home.
Automatic publishing: Marketing is made easy as in set up the ‘marketing lead time’ 0-12 weeks can be
entered. Then, at the required lead time properties will feed to your website and Planet Rent at the
required lead time For Zoopla and Right Move properties can be set to auto-publish or manual
publishing to keep cost control of costs as there may not be a need for paid advertising for 10 similar 2
bed apartments. The Agents you appoint simply put in their Zoopla and Right Move membership
numbers for direct billing, else the system default is pay as you go billing.
