                 Our role is to demonstrate how Build to Rent housing is different from general needs housing and as
                 the construction, facilities, plant and equipment details emerge the gross to net modelling will need to
                 be tested and re-tested.

                  Operational strategies    Maintenance strategies
                  Back office design            Spares lists
                  Journey planning             Review of gross to net
                  CAPEX budget                  Rent management budget

                 Our role is to demonstrate how design impacts on maintenance to add real value.

           6.4     Advising on the operational contract suite
                  Resident handbooks         Building manuals
                  Job design                           Operational income budget
                  Contracts:  BUILD TO RENT Client > Operator, Tenancies
                  Model KPI’s, KRI’s, KFI’s     Plant & event logs,

                 The objective is defray risk from the BUILD TO RENT Client to the operator and select the operational
                 support that is right for you.
