A number of push marketing and events messages are ready made
in Busy Living for you. Site staff can be trained to make more or
your branding people can supply new ‘on brand’ new images to
develop more. Each message has 5 components:
1. image
2. title

5. method to book or sign up
Push marketing makes it easy to maximise income from your
operating business plan. Staff can see which facilities are below

Community, sporting events and competition invites,
News – what’s new.

GDPR is assured as consents are captured on sign up.
For events: Site Staff can search for an available date (no residents
yet booked) and OVERRIDE public availability to book their event,
e.g., weekly book club, FA Cup final on the Big Screen, the
maximum number of persons can be set so as not to oversell.
Alerts: Events are visible on the ‘what’s new’ notification feed as
well as on the dashboard. The event button on the dashboard
leads to a slide show which the user can swipe through to see all
future events and book themselves in.
Email alerts: Just in case a user does not log in - event and flyers
can be emailed to both guest and resident users.
Event posters: these can be printed up to A3 size without loss of
resolution to put up on a noticeboard.
E-noticeboards: event flyers can run on e-noticeboards.
