9.0 Build to Rent Client Reporting
9.1 Financial reporting & Accounting systems: All software is owned and managed by Ringley. Our agility
therefore is second to none. We have been operating for 20 years, our processes are established and we
have passed all RICS audits so the integrity of our systems and controls is assured. Our Build to Rent

accounting has been tried and tested by Clients. We can connect into any 3 party system via SAP
integration files, API or ftp. API is the preferred method as this allows your internal systems to call data in
real time on demand.
9.2 Financial reporting (KFIs)
We will meet your financial reporting criteria and our in-house IT Team can develop bespoke reporting as
required. Our financial reports go beyond domestic rent management systems and are geared to the fund
Asset Manager enabling performance tracking of:
% Rental growth (year on year by unit),
Tenancy length – longer tenancies means less wear and tear,
Arrears & age of arrears (days),
Arrears actions,
Rents per unit type, floor level etc…
Payment performance (identifying weaker payees),
Gap analysis & voids (days),
New lettings – residential units,
New lettings – units, parking, utilities, Wi-Fi,
Operating income: income less costs,
Budget: variance, gross to net,
Lease expiry curve – graph to show impact of contracts ending & break clauses
By offering you the ability to manage all deals through Planet Rent sub-Agents commissions can be tracked
and accounted to you. If authorised we can also manage paying sub-Agents too.
