                 demonstrate to the insurer how their management strategies will minimize claims. As sections (a) and
                 (b) above demonstrate it starts before occupation and is an integral the in the ‘pre-let’ and ‘move-in’
                 customer journeys as well as monthly NUDGES and TIPS and NEWSLETTERS.
